BSC-700IIA2-Z Microbiological Safety Cabinet
The BioBase BSC-700IIA2-Z is a box-type biological safety cabinet that operates under negative pressure to prevent the dispersion of hazardous or unknown biological particles. It is based on a 70% recirculation and 30% extraction air system, ensuring effective protection for the operator, the environment and the samples. The inlet and downward airflow velocities are precisely controlled to ensure a stable containment barrier.
This model is equipped with two ULPA filters offering 99.9995% efficiency at 0.12 µm, with an integrated life indicator. The ventilation system uses a variable speed centrifugal fan, limiting the noise level to ≤65 dB. The 304 stainless steel work area provides excellent strength and easy cleaning, while the main body has an antibacterial coating.
The BSC-700IIA2-Z BioBase has a large LCD screen that displays key parameters in real time: air speeds, filter pressure, temperature, humidity, operating time and component status. Visual and audible alarms signal any critical anomalies. The motorised front window, interlock functions, remote control up to 6 m and memory in the event of a power failure enhance safety and comfort of use on a daily basis.
