EuroVac H-50 Surgical Suction Pump
The EuroVac H-50 surgical suction pump, designed by Hersill, is a high-quality medical device intended for demanding clinical environments. With a maximum flow rate of 90 L/min and a vacuum of up to 90 kPa (675 mmHg), it provides powerful and efficient suction, ideal for procedures requiring rapid fluid removal.
Its reinforced ABS aluminium frame and four wheels (one of which is antistatic and two of which have brakes) guarantee optimum stability and mobility. The pump is equipped with two 4-litre polycarbonate collection jars, graduated up to 3500 mL, and fitted with an anti-overflow safety valve. These jars are autoclavable at 121°C, ensuring complete sterilisation between uses.
The integrated hydrophobic PTFE bacterial filter is 99.99% effective against bacteria, protecting the system and the working environment. The pump complies with ISO 10079-1 and IEC 60601 (Class I, Type BF, IP22) standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
The EuroVac H-50 pump features oil-free, maintenance-free piston pump technology, reducing maintenance costs and extending the life of the device. The high-visibility pressure gauge (Ø67 mm) allows for precise control of the vacuum, while the adjustment knob ensures optimal stability during procedures.
With a noise level reduced to 50 ± 1.5 dB, the pump maintains a quiet working environment. Its 3-metre power cable and adaptable voltage range (200-240 V AC, 50-60 Hz) make it a versatile piece of equipment, compatible with most hospital infrastructures. The operating temperature (7 °C to 40 °C) and storage temperature (-40 °C to 70 °C) allow for use in a variety of conditions.
To meet the specific needs of users, the EuroVac H-50 pump is compatible with a range of accessories, including an electro-pneumatic foot pedal for hands-free control, a jar selector to switch between the two collection jars, and polysulfone jars (an alternative to polycarbonate). Tubes and cannulas (PVC, silicone, Yankauer) and silicone suction cups (50 mm, 60 mm, 70 mm) are also available to suit different procedures.
