The touchscreen interface centralises access to the main parameters used during the procedure. Current selection, power adjustment and effect adjustment are carried out directly from the screen, with active values displayed at all times. The controls allow precise adjustment of settings according to the requirements of the surgical procedure, whilst facilitating smooth operation throughout the procedure.
The system includes programmes dedicated to various surgical procedures, as well as the ability to save customised configurations. Up to 50 settings can be saved and quickly recalled. SWAP mode allows the user to switch programmes from the sterile field using a footswitch or a compatible handle, making it easy to alternate between different working modes without interrupting the procedure.
The Patient Control System continuously monitors the neutral electrode and indicates its status via a dedicated indicator. The available parameters automatically adapt to the selected electrode type to prevent incompatible configurations. In paediatric mode, certain waveforms are restricted and power is limited for authorised functions. This management helps to regulate the use of monopolar outputs according to the selected clinical context.
