MT-7C Skin Graft Meshing Device
The system transforms a graft into a reticulated structure to facilitate its adaptation to the surface to be treated. This approach is used in procedures requiring skin tissue expansion, particularly when managing extensive lesions. The resulting mesh allows the skin coverage to be adjusted according to surgical requirements.
The device operates using a mechanical system comprising a main frame, a continuous feed roller, a cutting roller and a ratchet handle for manual operation. It allows the use of different graft substrates to achieve various levels of skin tissue expansion.
The MT-7C features a matrix-free roller design, allowing for individual blade replacement and contributing to a longer service life. The components are designed to resist corrosion and maintain their performance over time. The device does not require bearing lubrication.
