PACKAGING:
Dräger X-plore 1930 V are standardized as follows:
• Pieces in a Box: 10 pieces in a standard commercial box (Note: Each individual mask inside the box is also hygienically individually wrapped).
• Boxes in a Carton (Case): There are 20 boxes packed into a standard master shipping carton.
Protection & Performance:
• Protection Class: FFP3 (Enforcement of European Standard EN 149:2001+A1:2009).
• Filtration Efficiency: Filters at least 99% of airborne particles, fine dust, solid and liquid aerosols, and toxic/carcinogenic pollutants.
• Maximum Inward Leakage: Max 2% total leakage.
• Workplace Exposure Limit: Approved for use up to 30x the occupational exposure limit (WEL/AGW).
• Usage Classification:
• NR (Non-Reusable): Designed for single-use over a maximum of one work shift.
• D (Dolomite Dust Tested): Successfully passed the dolomite clogging test, meaning it resists clogging over long durations in ultra-dusty environments.
Design & Material Construction:
• Design Shape: SmartFOLD 3-part flat-fold design with patented double reinforcement for increased structural stability and a roomy interior that doesn't collapse against the mouth.
• Filter Material: CoolSAFE™ multi-layered synthetic fleece combining maximum high-filtration with exceptionally low breathing resistance.
• Exhalation Valve: Integrated CoolMAX™ exhalation valve, engineered to lower breathing resistance and vent warm, humid air downwards to prevent eyewear fogging.
• Head Straps: Continuous-loop VarioFlex™ elastic harness. It features an EasyStop adjustments system, tension-free fit, and is completely latex-free to avoid allergic reactions.
• Nose Seal: Flexible, adjustable external metal nose clip combined with a soft, moisture-repelling inner hypoallergenic nose foam pad.
