The advantages of the HeartSave AED-M defibrillator include its large display showing the usage time, ECG waveform, heart rate, detected ventricular fibrillation (VF), as well as completed defibrillations and instructions for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). This allows the HeartSave AED-M defibrillator to be used easily even under difficult conditions.
Cost-effective monitoring can be carried out using a separate ECG cable and commercially available ECG electrodes.
The victim has only a few precious minutes to survive. The HeartSave AED-M is designed to deliver an electric shock only when life-threatening ventricular fibrillation is actually detected.
